How good are diamond back bikes ?
right now i have a cheap walmart bike and it works like crap so i wanted to upgrade to a nice bike that i know wont break as easy as walmart bikes do. i only want a bike that i can ride a little bit everyday, nothing fancy and expensive. do u think this brand is good and is there any other brand that you would recommend. maybe even a website or store i can look at. Thank you !!!
One word...Diamondback, makes anywhere from average to good bikes. Some are now being sold at places like Sports Authority. I understand in Canada, they are selling some at Canada Tire. I don't know if these are true Diamondback bikes, or a second line they make specifically for that discount store chain.
The bottom line being - if you can find it on the Diamondback website, it's probably better than a Walmart bicycle.
Other brands? Lots & lots. Just Google 'bicycle shop' & your zip code. That will bring up every bike shop in your area. Go see them all & try as many as you like. Go with your gut feeling...the bike that "feels" best to you IS the bike for you. See 2nd link & please read it all.
