regulations regarding the use and installation of fog lights?
I received a set of Hella 500 fog lights for my car for Christmas this year. I drive a full size sedan. I am curious as to what are the state and federal regulations regarding the manner of installation for these particular lights. I am also curious as to what the regulations are regarding where and when I can use these lights. Does anyone know where I can find out what the regulations are governing the legal use of fog lights?
