Shirt Blue

Can I wear dark grey slacks with a light blue shirt and black shoes?

Can I wear dark grey slacks with a light blue dress shirt and black dress shoes? If not what needs to change in the outfit?

I think that would look good.
The light blue would be really inviting and the black and grey will still look good together as long as the grey isn't almost black and then that might get a little clashy. but it should be fine.
