Rear Hub

Then a rear hub to be converted into a quick release?
I have another question there seems to be difficult to obtain a good answer. This is the part B of. If I can not find a hub 700c, 135, 36 holes, fast, and 8 speed ... what can be converted into a hub? If yes, how is it done?
The axle should be changed to a hollow axle quick release type. You can also buy cones to adapt to the new new lines. The former may not have the same thread as your new axle.
