will putting snow tires at the rear for front-wheeled car inrease fuel efficiency?

I got a front wheel drive sedan and a pair of snow tires on the front wheels. In summer time should I move them to the rear to increase fuel efficiency? as far as I am aware of, rear tires do not wear as much , so they must undergo much less friction than the front ones.

Somebody has not given you much education about tires. In winter, if you only have 2 winter tires, they go on the back, period, and it doesn't matter if you have front-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive. It does sound logical to put them on the front, because you think you need traction to get going. However, in the snow, if you have more traction in the front than the rear, and you have to make an emergency stop, your rear will slide out of control so quickly it will be impossible for you to compensate, and you will skid in an uncontrollable spin.
Winter tires, having a heavier tread, will wear out too quickly if driven in the summer, no matter what wheels they are on.
The rear wheels always need at least as much traction as the front, preferably more, to prevent spinning in snow, on ice, and in rain.
