How can I convert a DVD video slide show into pictures?

I have a wedding DVD video slide show that I want to try and extract the files from, or convert the files into pictures so I can save them to my pc and print them off. Whats the best way of doing this and is there a good (free) program I can download?

HI.

The easy free way is to get a video player program for you computer with a capture function.

I know that AVS DVD player has capture and GOM player , i suspect that VLC player also has capture as well.

Or there is the old way and use Prtsc and paste in to paint , but this is very slow.

if i find a dedicated program for this task i will add to list later.
