Youth Chopper
Would this be a good board for a 7 year old beginner?
My 6 almost 7 year old brother is itching to start snowboarding (he has no prior experience). I have been looking and doing some research. I found what looks like a very nice board that would be a good fit for him now but mainly in the future (as the season is nearing its end) here is the ad...
"Have a Burton Youth Chopper 126 board w/ bindings. Great shape, son outgrew it. I still have the owners manual for board & bindings along w/ a leash that hook from bindings to boot & a stomp pad that we never used on board."
She doesn't know the size of the bindings but they are way to small for her 11 yr old son she said.
She is asking $70 for the board and bindings plus shipping. (anyone know what a reasonable price to pay for that is?)
He is about 4' 4" and weighs around 60 pounds. He has a size 2-3 foot.
Would this be a good board?
Thank you for your help!!
It's a pretty good size, and it will give him room to grow into it, but not much.
It looks pretty good, I'm gonna say go for it.
